How to save PPT as PDF with notes? If you want to have your PowerPoint document ready for emailing or printing at a faster rate, you can try saving your PowerPoint project as a PDF file. The benefit of the PDF file is that it will keep all of your formattings, including all the changes you make to the fonts, styles, and themes. And if receivers do not have your fonts and styles on their computer, it wouldn’t cause any problem. Moreover, since PDF files cannot be edited or changed, saving your presentation as a PDF ensures that your document is secure.

It is elementary to save your PowerPoint presentation in a PDF file format. You only have to find and access the Save As option in the File menu. You can follow these simple steps to save and export your final PowerPoint project as a PDF file.

  1. First, open your PowerPoint presentation.
  2. Find and click on File.
  3. Look for the Save As option and click it.
  4. Choose the location and the name of your file. 
  5. Find the File Format down arrow, select it and choose PDF (*pdf)

To save your PowerPoint presentation as a PDF file the Mac version of PowerPoint, you can follow these steps:

  1. Firstly, open your PowerPoint presentation, find and select File.
